We have been with them for several years and host many domains on one hosting package. The speed and reliability are excellent, which is much better than my previous web hosts. And their customer support ranged from great to OK .
I signed up a 2 years contract with them at $3.95/month, and now I was charged at $8.95/month for renewal, which is much higher. But considering the service I have got, the deal still looks not bad.
Basically, I know nothing about web hosting or how to create a website. And I was overwhelmed when I first started my business and website. But HostMonster customer service really made an daunting process very easy. It’s the first time I receive such helpful and friendly customer service. Anytime there is a problem they have patiently walked me through the process of identifying the issue, explaining it to me patiently, and then solving the problem. I think I will stay with them for long, and recommend it to anyone I know who need a web hosting.
